Patrick Guthrie joined Baker-Meekins in 2003 as a Financial Analyst. Mr. Guthrie’s expertise is in modeling and analysis for the valuation of corporate securities, incentive stock options, and intangible assets. Mr. Guthrie has taken a principal role in the firm’s development of the financial models and approach for the valuation of intangible assets and goodwill, which arise from business combinations and the provisions set forth in SFAS 141 and 142.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Guthrie worked as a counselor for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a division of the Small Business Administration. At the SBDC, Patrick counseled aspiring entrepreneurs on starting a business and the creation of business plans.
